Oasis Global Strategies LLC uses the professional information you voluntarily provide to review your AERO Financial partner application, administer membership, verify invitations, provide requested communications, and attribute voluntary insurance inquiries.

Information and safeguards

We collect the application fields shown to you, invitation attribution, consent choices and timestamps, and limited partner activity records. The private portal shows your own aggregate activity. It does not expose insurance customer contact details, applications, medical information, underwriting, or commissions.

Service providers

GoHighLevel/LeadConnector and the approved hosting and communication providers process information needed to operate the network. Administrators have access for review and support. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Private professional collaboration

Directory listings require your optional consent and administrator approval. They show the professional profile fields described on the profile form; email and phone are excluded. You can withdraw directory consent in your profile. Your onboarding brief and personal welcome are private to you and the administrator. Introduction purposes are reviewed by the administrator and shared with the proposed participants; business email is revealed only after both agree and the administrator connects them. Private concerns are visible only to the administrator. Meeting links are available only to confirmed attendees. Collaboration content is stored encrypted; participation and consent decisions are recorded for administration.

Your choices

Optional SMS choices are unchecked by default. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for assistance. You may request access, correction, or deletion and withdraw optional marketing consent by contacting info@oasisglobalstrategies.com. Information may be retained where needed for records, legal obligations, or security.

Cookies and security

Essential, time-limited cookies support private invitation verification and secure sign-in. Sign-in links are single-use. The service uses encrypted records, access checks, and limited administrative audit records. Do not submit medical or underwriting information in these forms.
