Strategic Partner application terms.

These terms apply to the AERO Financial Strategic Partner Network, operated by Oasis Global Strategies LLC. An invitation permits an application for consideration and does not guarantee acceptance, income, referrals, or business results. Applications are reviewed manually.

Professional participation

Provide accurate business and contact information. Membership and portal access require approval and may be suspended for misuse, unauthorized disclosure, misrepresentation, or failure to follow approved guidelines.

Invitations and referrals

Active partners may issue five membership invitations per calendar month, measured in America/New_York. Each invitation is personal to its intended recipient, single-use, and expires after seven days or at month-end, whichever comes first. Additional invitations require an administrator’s approval. Membership invitations are separate from voluntary insurance inquiries.

Insurance activity

Unlicensed partners may not quote, recommend, negotiate, or sell insurance. The network does not establish a compensation agreement, calculate insurance referral commissions, or promise payments. Any future compensation arrangement requires separate review and appropriate carrier and compliance approval.

Communications

Application and membership communications relate to your request. SMS updates and marketing texts each require their separate, optional consent. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. SMS consent is not a condition of membership or purchasing insurance.
